01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mpo888 ("mpo888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mpo888.click. By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through the mpo888 platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery, poker and promotional features — you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the mpo888 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is written in English and applies to all registered accounts. Players who are residents of, or who access the platform from, Malaysia acknowledge that all currency references within this Agreement use Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the mpo888 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older. mpo888 does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a natural person and are not registering on behalf of any third party or legal entity.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling or casino-style gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from mpo888 or any affiliated platform, and have not been subject to a forced account closure for fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• You are fully capable of entering into legally binding agreements and are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

04 Registration & Verification

Each Player may hold only one active Account on the mpo888 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

KYC Documentation Requirements

Before any withdrawal is approved, mpo888 may require you to submit the following documents as part of our KYC process:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport or equivalent).
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong account showing the account holder name matching your registration details).
• Proof of address where the account was created with a standard residential address document, if requested.

mpo888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until all requested KYC documentation has been received and verified to our satisfaction. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification early to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.

05 Deposits & Payments

mpo888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods, among others: DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and select cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

The minimum single deposit amount is RM 50. Deposits made using third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your own name — are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds. All deposits are final once confirmed; mpo888 does not reverse confirmed deposits.

mpo888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside mpo888's control. All deposits are credited in MYR regardless of the underlying payment instrument used.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account has been fully verified through the KYC process.
• No active or incomplete wagering requirements (rollover) remain on any Bonus Funds attached to the Account balance.
• The withdrawal request meets the minimum withdrawal amount, which may be stated separately in the cashier section of the platform.
• The Player withdraws to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically supported, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

Standard processing time for verified accounts is 10 to 30 minutes for eWallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and within the same business day for FPX and DuitNow bank transfers. Processing times may extend during peak periods, Malaysian public holidays including Hari Raya Aidilfitri, or where additional verification is required.

mpo888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that display unusual patterns. This is conducted to protect both the Player and the platform against fraud and money laundering.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional credits and free spins issued by mpo888 are subject to Bonus Terms that are published alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all mpo888 bonus offers unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20). For example, a RM 200 welcome bonus at x15 rollover requires RM 3,000 in total wagers before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM 50 unless a higher cap is explicitly stated for a specific promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the rollover. Table games, live dealer games and video poker generally contribute between 10% and 25%. Sports betting contributions are stated per applicable promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated rollover obligations must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Uncompleted bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-out: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum winnings that may be withdrawn from any single bonus offer is capped at a stated multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x the bonus value). Winnings exceeding this cap will be forfeited when the withdrawal is processed.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus per IP address, residential address, shared device or payment method is permitted. mpo888 uses technical controls to identify bonus abuse.

08 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games made available on the mpo888 platform — including slot games, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and lottery products — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed physical equipment. Results are independently verified and are not manipulable by the Player, the platform operator, or any third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, software scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus exploitation.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies and declining to report them to mpo888 support.
• Placing offsetting or hedging bets across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus profit (bonus abuse).
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party or syndicating bets through a single account.

mpo888 reserves the right to void any wagers and withhold any associated payouts where fair use violations are reasonably suspected, pending investigation.

09 Responsible Gambling

mpo888 treats responsible gambling as a core obligation, not an optional feature. All Players are encouraged to set personal spending and time limits. The following tools are available upon written request to our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps expressed in MYR.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform on request. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and are irreversible for the stated duration.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the mpo888 platform — including but not limited to the mpo888 brand name, logos, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mpo888 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants the Player any rights to reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any mpo888 intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical interruptions, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events.

mpo888 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from latency or interruption. In the event of a documented system error that results in an incorrect payout, mpo888 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the correct balance, regardless of the amount displayed.

The maximum aggregate liability of mpo888 to any individual Player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

mpo888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity.
• Use of stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment methods.
• Account activity that triggers anti-money laundering (AML) risk controls.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the age of 21.

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, mpo888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law. The Player may appeal a suspension by contacting our support team; however, mpo888's decision on the outcome of any investigation is final.

13 Amendments

mpo888 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and will be prominently displayed on the mpo888 platform for a minimum of 14 calendar days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the mpo888 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo888 holds its operational licence. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through mpo888's internal complaints process.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia, which shall apply in parallel and take precedence where they provide greater protection.
